Corporate Governance

Integrity guides every decision we make. Our governance framework reflects the values that define Infinity Developments, ensuring transparency, accountability, and responsible practice across every project we deliver in Dubai and Zanzibar.

Procurement Policy

We select suppliers, contractors, and partners through a fair, transparent, and competitive process across every project we deliver. Every supplier is evaluated against consistent and documented criteria, with competitive bidding serving as the standard approach for major contracts. Any conflicts of interest that may arise during the selection process are disclosed and managed appropriately, while supplier relationships are reviewed regularly to ensure continued value, compliance, and alignment with our standards.

Ethics Policy

We hold every employee and partner to clear standards of professional conduct across every market and at every level of the organisation. Honesty, fairness, and respect guide all business dealings, while employees and partners are expected to comply with applicable laws and regulations. Confidential and proprietary information is handled with appropriate care, and any breaches of the code of conduct are addressed through a defined internal process.

Anti-Corruption Policy

We maintain a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption in any form across every market in which we operate. No employee, partner, or representative may offer, give, or accept bribes. Gifts and hospitality are managed through defined limits and disclosure requirements, while facilitation payments are strictly prohibited. All business relationships are expected to uphold the same high standards of integrity, transparency, and ethical conduct.

Whistleblower Policy

We provide a confidential channel for employees and stakeholders to raise concerns in good faith, without fear of retaliation. Concerns can be raised confidentially and, where preferred, anonymously. All reports are reviewed and investigated through a defined process. Retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith is strictly prohibited. Reporting channels are communicated to all employees and key partners.

Sustainability Policy

We take responsibility for the environmental and community impact of our projects, across their full lifecycle from design to delivery. This commitment extends beyond our developments through the work of Infinity Foundation. Environmental impact is assessed at the planning stage of every project. We aim to minimise resource consumption and waste across construction and operations. Community impact and engagement are considered alongside commercial objectives. Sustainability performance is reviewed as part of our broader project governance. Through Infinity Foundation, we have restored over 2,700 buildings in Zanzibar's UNESCO World Heritage-listed Stone Town, created more than 120 local jobs, and delivered clean water access and emergency support to communities in Malawi.

Risk Management Framework

We identify, assess, and mitigate risk systematically across our project pipeline, to protect capital and ensure consistent delivery. Risks are assessed at each stage of a project's lifecycle, from acquisition to handover. Financial, operational, and market risks are reviewed on a regular cycle. Mitigation plans are documented and tracked through to resolution. Senior leadership maintains oversight of material risks across the portfolio.
